Terms of Service

Hi3D provides a free AI 3D model generator that converts an uploaded image into a 3D model available as GLB, OBJ and STL. The service is offered without an account and without payment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including the generator itself, without individual notice.

Use is subject to a fair-use limit, currently three generations per hour, which exists to keep shared GPU capacity available to everyone. We may adjust that limit, and we may block access that we reasonably believe to be automated, abusive or intended to circumvent it.

You must have the right to upload every image you submit. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use, and do not upload images of people who have not consented, sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for what you upload.

You keep ownership of your uploaded images. The 3D models you generate are yours to use, including commercially — in games, in print projects, in client work — provided you held the rights to the source image. Generating a model from someone else's photograph or artwork does not grant you rights to the result, and we cannot grant them either.

You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to process, store and transmit your image and the resulting model in order to fulfil your request.

Do not attempt to overload, probe or interfere with the service or its infrastructure. Do not use automated tooling to bypass the rate limit or the bot check. Do not resell access to the generator as if it were your own service, and do not present Hi3D output as having been produced by a person when that matters to whoever receives it. We may block access that breaches these rules.

Hi3D is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that a generation will succeed, that a model will be accurate, dimensionally correct, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that a generated file will be preserved for any period. Always verify a model before relying on it, and keep your own copy of anything you need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including failed prints, wasted material, missed deadlines or lost data.
