Contact Hi3D

One address, read by the people who build the tool. No ticket portal, no account, no form that asks for details you should not have to give us.

How to Reach Us

Email is the only support channel, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. A ticketing system would require an account, an account would require the personal details we have spent the whole product avoiding, and neither would make a reply arrive faster. Write to the address above and a person will read it. We aim to respond within two business days.

We will never ask you for a password, a payment card or any account credential, because Hi3D has no accounts and takes no payments. Any message claiming to be from Hi3D and requesting those things is not from us — please forward it to the address above so we know it is circulating.

What to Write About

Failed or poor generations are the most valuable thing you can send. Describe the source image — what the subject was, how it was lit, whether the background was plain — and what went wrong with the result. Reconstruction failures cluster around specific kinds of input, and concrete examples are how we find those clusters.

Also welcome: questions about using generated models commercially, feature requests, reports of the site behaving badly in a specific browser, accessibility problems, press and partnership enquiries, and any privacy question about what we store. Our privacy policy answers the common ones, but if it does not cover your case, ask.

Before You Write

Two quick checks solve most support mail. If a generation was refused, you may have hit the fair-use limit of three per hour — it resets automatically and no action is needed. If a model came out distorted, the source image is usually the cause: a plain background, even lighting and a single subject filling the frame fix the large majority of bad reconstructions. Our gallery page describes what a good source photo looks like in more detail, and the supported formats page covers which export to download for your project.
